We started our trip with a reserved tour of Castello di Amorosa. It is a beautiful replica of an Italian Castle nestled into the Napa hills.
My daughter wore a crown and had fun chasing the wandering chickens and peacocks. The tour was very interesting, and we got to see the process from grape to glass. Our next stop was Sterling Vineyards , which is only 3 miles down the main State Route Sterling Vineyards has the only gondola in the Valley which takes you up to beautiful views at the tasting room.
My kids loved the ride! We had a delicious farm-to-table meal at The Farmstead. The food was the best of our trip. We stayed in San Francisco at the Marriott Marquis which was a great location, and the concierge lounge was great for kids.
